• Booking management: processing your booking, charging the amount due, issuing an invoice and managing your stay.
• Guest registration: submitting the mandatory data to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior (SES.HOSPEDAJES) pursuant to Real Decreto 933/2021.
• Tax and accounting obligations: retention of billing data for the legally required period.
• Customer service: responding to your queries by email, WhatsApp or contact form.
• Commercial communications (optional): sending news, offers or surveys, only with your prior consent.
• Analytics and site improvement: via cookies, only if you accept them.

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — management of your booking and stay.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — SES.HOSPEDAJES, invoicing and tax compliance.

• Booking and billing data: retained for a minimum of 6 years (Spanish Commercial Code and tax regulations).

• Contact / marketing data: until you withdraw consent, and a maximum of 5 years without interaction.
• Cookie data: as indicated in the Cookie Policy.

Your data may be shared, only when necessary for the purposes indicated, with:

• The bank and PCI-DSS certified payment gateway provider (Redsys), to charge the amount due.
• The Spanish Ministry of the Interior — State Secretariat for Security (SES.HOSPEDAJES platform).
• The group's tax and accounting advisers.
• Technology service providers acting as data processors (cloud hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging, analytics), subject to the guarantees of Art. 28 GDPR.
• Distribution channels (Booking.com, Airbnb) when the booking is made through them.

No international data transfers take place outside the European Economic Area, except to providers bound by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@nomadingcamp.com, enclosing a copy of an identifying document.

If you believe that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Payment is processed through a PCI-DSS certified gateway; we do not store your card details on our servers. Identifying information from the guest registration is encrypted in transit and automatically erased from diagnostic logs after 48 hours.

We reserve the right to amend this policy to reflect regulatory changes or changes to our services. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
